About Novobuild
Novobuild (SW) Ltd is a family run building company, based in Newton Abbot, Devon. Managed and founded by Ben Potter, who has over 25 years of experience in the building industry.
Covering Teignbridge, Torbay, Exeter and the South Hams, we specialise in timber framed extensions, stand alone garden structures, large scale renovations, garage and loft conversions. We pride ourselves on our high quality workmanship and friendly service. With a majority of our work coming through personal recommendations.
Our aim is to achieve a professional but personal service to all our clients and leave them happy with their newly renovated home or business.
Our Team
Managing Director & Founder, Ben has been in trades for over 25 years. He prides himself in making our clients happy.
Director & Company Secretary After managing a corporate office. Deana now runs the office at Novobuild, and is our clients first point of contact.
Josh joined us in 2018, after changing from the plumbing trade. He now runs one of teams alongside his brother, Charlie.
Charlie joined us in 2021 and is a qualified bricklayer. Working in a team alongside his brother, they make a great team for Novobuild.
Luke re-joined our team in 2022. After being in the building industry since 2015, he is now a team leader for Novobuild.
Lewis joined the team in 2020. He currently works in a team with Luke and has been gaining new confidence and skills within the trades since he joined us.
Mark joined in January 2023. An experienced builder and after previously running his own jobs, he has joined Novobuild alongside his son Pete, as our newest team.
Pete has joined the team at Novobuild, working alongside his dad, Mark. Pete is a painter and decorator by trade, and has an eye for the detail in the finishing's.
Gaz has re-joined the team in July 2023, after a short stint working with another local firm. He had previously been with Novobuild for over 10 years.
Admin Assistant Abigail joined the Novobuild team this summer, on a part time basis in the office.
